Malayan – Pet Insurance

Guidelines:

1. Dogs aged six (6) months to eight (8) years old.
2. Vaccinated dogs (schedule of vaccinations must be based on the prescribed schedule of Philippine Animal Hospital Association (PAHA))
3. Dogs with yearly physical examination and have necessary check-ups and treatments recommended by veterinarians to prevent illness/injury.

Note: Pedigreed Dogs are preferred. However, non-pedigreed dogs may be accommodated subject to satisfactory review and acceptance by the company.

The following shall not be accepted:

1. Stunt Dogs
2. Dogs for Police, Military or Security Services
3. Dogs raised and used for fighting
4. Dogs raised and used for sports
